An apple a day...



yesterday was a good day for me,one of my bachelor classmates called me.we made an appointment & we're going to see each other on Saturday morning(uffy!)so we can revive all those sweet,funny memories about our group (we were 8 intimate friends).anyway...I saw the below text in a health magazine,so I decided to write it here:
